Management Consulting Group is leading the Propel program to modernize business and technology at PG&E, focusing on migrating to SAP S/4HANA. The Principal Propel ITD Business Process Analyst will drive supply chain initiatives and facilitate collaboration across functions to achieve process standardization and data quality improvements.

Facilitating cross-functional workshops to design integrated business planning processes
Supporting and coaching peers through change management
Designing, configuring, testing, and training end users (material planners)
Deploying Advanced Planning tools and S/4HANA
Validating requirements against regulations and procedures
Identifying gaps and cross-functional design needs
Solving unique and complex problems with innovative solutions
Partnering with senior management on strategic planning and decisions for organizational and cross-functional process improvements
Managing major cross-functional projects and initiatives

Required

Bachelor's in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

experience implementing or working with SAP materials planning and Advanced Planning applications

ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MBA or equivalent
LSS Green Belt
depth in qualitative and quantitative analytical methods

strong analytical and writing skills for business cases
influence/negotiation/persuasion skills
advanced project management knowledge
excellent organizational and multitasking skills
deep knowledge of business/industry drivers with utility industry experience a plus
APICS CPIM certification
