Responsibilities
Ensuring High-Quality Delivery and making it better
Understand the business of the client in its details, what impacts it and how technology helps it
Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams. Be the face of the entire project team for the client
Work with client stakeholders to understand their needs and work with Product Owner(s) to write up the requirements and pass them along to the Offshore team
Support the Offshore Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and tracking project deliverables, schedules, and budgets
Proactively communicate with the client stakeholders for all issues and concerns through weekly and monthly status discussions
Be the single point of escalation for the client when issues need to be escalated
Be the lead for the onshore team members, providing regular feedback, addressing issues
Track all client issues, risks, and change requests. Escalate when necessary
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security protocols, and client-specific guidelines
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination/administration within technology or management consulting industries
Strong understanding of Agile project management methodology
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Slack, Confluence)
Experience working with an onshore-offshore model
Preferred
Knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing is optional
Familiarity with .NET programming stack, SQL or any other databases and Azure cloud infrastructure
