Responsibilities
Provide instruction with the focus on teaching and learning to help assure students I each class successfully meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives
Participate in professional development activities that develop and enhance teaching and facilitation skills
Participate in campus wide initiatives in support of recruitment, retention and graduation goal attainment including but not limited to, monitoring, adjusting (when needed), and assessing classroom program retention/graduation and meeting with program advisors on a regular basis to discuss student performance and academic concerns
Fulfill all administrative duties related to instructional responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Accounting required
Or Master's Degree in field (MBA) w/ accounting bachelor's degree
Or Master's Degree with CPA
Experience working in Accounting field
