Sales Agent (Digital Marketing Services)

Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs and pain points
Execute both inbound and outbound sales activities through email and phone outreach
Draft and present customized proposals with tailored pricing packages for prospective clients
Close sales deals and coordinate internally to ensure seamless client onboarding processes
Proactively identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities beyond provided databases
Hand off successfully closed clients to the operations team for service execution
Work with existing lead lists and databases to maximize conversion opportunities
Collaborate with company leadership during client meetings and strategic sales initiatives
Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on all introductory sales calls and meetings
Maintain 100% accurate client data and track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client communications within the CRM (Go High Level)
Manage and articulate the company's value proposition and pricing structure to justify premium positioning in the European market
Provide clear, detailed, and non-technical handover briefs to the Operations team upon contract signing
Full ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract signature, including all data entry and stage management within the company CRM
Need to use Google Meet, in addition to email and phone for sales calls. We will be relying heavily on Google Meet for 99% of our conversations with potential clients or internal conversations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record in a senior-level capacity
Strong background or understanding of digital marketing services, concepts, and industry terminology
Excellent communication skills with clear accent and professional phone presence for client interactions
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, reliable, and responsible with minimal need for micromanagement
Experience articulating complex technical solutions to both knowledgeable and novice clients
Proven success with B2B sales processes and client relationship management
Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling business environments
Documented success achieving revenue targets (MRR/ARR) within a B2B service environment
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to intelligently discuss client performance data
Experience working with and managing sales pipelines within a CRM platform (Go High Level)
Experience selling to Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across diverse industries
Preferred
Bonus if you have specific experience with SEO, social media marketing, or paid advertising platforms
