Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and related ITOM modules
Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ITIL best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB with other ITSM processes
Perform data quality audits and ensure accuracy of configuration items
Develop and maintain documentation for CMDB processes and architecture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, especially CMDB and ITOM modules
Strong understanding of CSDM and ITIL frameworks
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CMDB Fundamentals)
Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX five days a week
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only)
Preferred
Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery
Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
