Sales Director, Client Service West/PNW Territory

Responsibilities

Responsible for new business development and expanding existing contracts within an assigned territory, client or practice
Responsible for achieving or exceeding defined sales quota on a quarterly and annual basis
Responsible for new business development and expanding existing contracts with a target quota of $3M, a minimum quota of $2.5M and additional revenue impact via broader team selling
Responsible for the execution of the entire client development cycle
Focus 80% on hunting new logos and expanding business within new accounts
Dedicate 20% to farming existing accounts and nurturing relationships with current buyers
Attend client-facing events, including dinners, lunches, networking and sporting events
Align closely with C-suite stakeholders on projects, acquisitions/divestitures, budgets, and key objectives
Build strong, collaborative relationships with prospect and clients
Drive proactive business development through strategic territory management
Maintain a professional presence at all times, including appearance, communication, and representation of the company
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
Conduct regular client check-ins to understand evolving needs and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster loyalty and retention
Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks to renewals or expansion opportunities
Utilize Salesforce CRM effectively for pipeline and forecast development and tracking
Initiates contact with appropriate client representatives in assigned target territory or practice to build relationships and Divurgent brand awareness
Executes face to face meetings with targets to introduce Divurgent services and identify current and future needs
Effectively communicates client needs and solutions in a manner which is understandable to the client
Coordinates the RFP response process with all relevant internal stakeholders
Directs pre-engagement meetings to develop project scope, deliverables, and plan
Works with Sales and Delivery leaders to scope engagements, develop work programs and fee estimates, and propose on consulting engagements
Partners with recruiting team to identify exceptional resources and match them with client opportunities
Serves as liaison between Divurgent and the clients for up-to-date condition on costs and assistance
Performs ongoing client follow up, including project tracking and documentation
Utilizes Divurgent’s customer relationship management (CRM) system as required
Maintains 100% client satisfaction
Maintains professionalism, diplomacy, understanding, and courtesy to represent the organization in a good reputation
Effectively joins conventions and industry events to build Divurgent brand awareness within assigned territory or practice
Maintain strong performance across key metrics to ensure ongoing success at Divurgent
Consistently achieve annual revenue quota as defined by leadership
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Accurately document and track all activities in accordance with established company policies and CRM best practices
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
