Responsibilities
Coordinate and book airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and special events for clients
Determine customers’ travel preferences, budgets, and schedules to create customized itineraries
Plan and arrange tours, excursions, and group travel packages
Research and provide accurate information on fares, schedules, destinations, and travel requirements
Advise clients on passports, visas, customs, and local attractions
Offer insight on weather conditions, cultural expectations, and travel tips
Calculate total travel costs and present options clearly and professionally
Provide alternative solutions or rebookings when plans change before or during travel
Qualification
Required
Friendly, motivated, and professional demeanor
Ability to assist clients in planning vacations and business trips
Experience in coordinating and booking airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and special events
Ability to determine customers' travel preferences, budgets, and schedules
Experience in planning and arranging tours, excursions, and group travel packages
Ability to research and provide accurate information on fares, schedules, destinations, and travel requirements
Knowledge of advising clients on passports, visas, customs, and local attractions
Ability to offer insight on weather conditions, cultural expectations, and travel tips
Skill in calculating total travel costs and presenting options clearly and professionally
Ability to provide alternative solutions or rebookings when plans change before or during travel
Willingness to undergo full training (no prior experience required)
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
Ability to work from home
