Responsibilities

Identify prospects, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, and app developers to expand the client portfolio
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with UA teams, media buyers, networks, DSPs, affiliates, and other ecosystem players
Research market trends and competitive activity to uncover new growth opportunities
Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate commercial terms with prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization
Manage a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals
Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and industry events to stay updated on mobile marketing trends
Offer strategic feedback to enhance product features, positioning, and client solutions

Required

3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within digital marketing, mobile advertising, or app performance marketing
Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem: UA channels, attribution tools, ad networks, CPI/CPA/CPM models, retention metrics, SDK fundamentals, etc
Demonstrated ability to build and manage revenue-generating relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign, performance, or market data
Highly self-motivated, independent, and effective in a remote-first environment
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
