Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and validate customer requirements, simplifying complex information and identifying true business needs

Translate requirements into clear technical/functional specs, process documentation, and platform configurations

Design and implement insurance product and claims data models, user interfaces, user journeys, and business rules using the platform’s configuration and scripting tools

Prepare and execute system and integration testing, support customer UAT, and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements

Define data transformation and mapping needs for data conversion activities

Facilitate workshops and discussions with technical and business stakeholders, creating strong written and visual documentation

Manage customer queries during the project and coordinate with internal teams and third parties to ensure successful delivery

Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and change requests, maintaining up-to-date project documentation

Collaborate with the development team on new platform features and enhancements
