Responsibilities
Lead and support joint ventures, senior/mezz financings, acquisitions, and dispositions for office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets
Draft and negotiate JV agreements, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related equity and debt documentation
Work directly with sponsors, lenders, funds, and REITs on complex, multi-entity structures
Collaborate across offices on capital markets and portfolio-level transactions
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of real estate transactional experience from a top firm
Substantial experience in at least two of the following: JV structuring, borrower or lender-side finance, acquisitions, dispositions
Comfortable running workstreams, negotiating primary documents, and coordinating diligence
DC bar admission or ability to obtain promptly
