Red Frog Solutions is a well-established global industrial manufacturer seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the West Region within their Commercial Sales Division. This role manages five direct reports and is essential in driving strategic growth across a large, multi-state territory.

Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager oversees day-to-day regional sales operations and ensures that Industrial Account Managers and internal sales personnel are actively following up on quotes, sample requests, customer correspondence, and new business opportunities
Drive strategic growth by building and managing a strong pipeline, converting high-potential prospects, and expanding the company’s presence throughout the Western United States
Achieve at least 6% year-over-year growth by increasing market share and deepening customer relationships while supporting direct reports in meeting performance expectations
Travel roughly 50% throughout the region, often conducting joint customer visits, developing new relationships, and mentoring their team in the field. Responsibilities include managing annual forecasts and objectives, conducting quarterly performance reviews, handling annual evaluations of direct reports, and leading any hiring or replacement needs within the region
Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers and support Industrial Account Managers
Advise the team on pricing, lead times, and credit terms while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and internal departments on large custom projects. Additional responsibilities include preparing travel itineraries, submitting monthly expenses, and overseeing new employee onboarding within the region
Qualification
Required
at least five years of progressive outside sales experience, including a minimum of two years in a leadership or regional management capacity
Proven history of driving multi-state sales growth, leading and developing high-performing teams, and managing annual sales volumes exceeding $15 million
Strong strategic planning, customer relationship building, and consistent year-over-year revenue results
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience selling into OEMs of industrial products is preferred
Familiarity with rubber, polymer, or vinyl product lines is advantageous
