Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of technical support for FAA cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid systems
Respond to, investigate, and resolve service desk tickets related to cloud services, networking, and DevOps tools
Troubleshoot user access issues, system connectivity problems, and application performance concerns
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear documentation of actions taken
Provide day-to-day operational support including system monitoring, patching, and maintenance
Assist with account management, role-based access control (RBAC), and security compliance
Document troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures
Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployments under the guidance of senior staff
Coordinate with FAA teams to ensure reliable and secure operation of cloud resources

Required

Bachelor's degree in ANY field (HS diploma + 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree)

Ability to obtain a Public Trust (non-SSBI)
Must be a U.S. Citizen at the time of application

Preferred

Master's degree preferred but not required
Positional-related certifications focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT are highly desired
