Responsibilities

Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their lifestyle, business needs, and technology goals
Design and present custom smart home and AV solutions that blend innovation with functionality
Lead the sales process from initial consultation through proposal, closing, and project handoff
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Stay current on the latest trends in smart technology, automation, and AV systems
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and designers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent Endurance IT Services at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Required

3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in AV, smart home, or technology solutions
Strong passion for emerging tech and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
Technical aptitude and a strong sense of design and aesthetics
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Experience with AV systems, automation platforms (e.g., Savant, Lutron), or control systems
Industry certifications (CEDIA, Savant, Lutron) or relevant technical education
