Senior Salesforce Administrator \/ Developer

BruntWork is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer who brings a strong mix of Salesforce technical depth, APEX development expertise, and a solid understanding of sales processes and revenue operations. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain APEX classes, triggers, test classes, and batch processes
Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and custom UI elements
Write clean, scalable code in APEX and leverage modern development best practices
Utilize additional programming languages (C#, Java, Python) for advanced integrations or automation tooling
Design, configure, and deploy workflows, Flows, approval processes, and automation rules
Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Apps, and record types
Manage users, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall Salesforce security
Maintain and enhance Salesforce wizards, guided flows, and custom modules
Implement and maintain integrations with GTM and RevOps tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and Chargebee
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft), and custom integration scripts
Ensure data integrity and sync reliability across platforms
Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking
Support lead lifecycle management, account segmentation, routing, scoring, and territory modeling
Continuously improve CRM hygiene and data architecture
Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert across all GTM functions
Identify and execute improvements that reduce manual effort and increase automation
Stay current on Salesforce releases and propose ways to leverage new features
Participate in strategic revenue system architecture discussions

Required

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an admin/developer hybrid role
Strong proficiency in APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce Developer toolkit
Experience with C#, Java, or Python for automation or integrations (bonus if familiar with all three)
Demonstrated experience building complex Flows, custom automations, APIs, and integration frameworks
Solid understanding of Revenue Operations, sales processes, and SaaS GTM workflows
Strong knowledge of CRM data architecture, API integrations, and data modeling best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) required

Preferred

Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
Experience with CPQ, HubSpot, Chargebee, or data enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience working in high-growth SaaS or data-intensive environments
Exceptional English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
