Responsibilities
Manage and oversee information management systems, processes, and documentation for NSWCDD IT programs
Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Navy, and NSWCDD information management policies, standards, and best practices
Develop, implement, and maintain processes for document control, records retention, and data lifecycle management
Support digital transformation and data modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud and enterprise content management platforms
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and program leadership to ensure alignment between information management practices and RMF controls
Monitor and audit information management processes for accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Coordinate information sharing between internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining security and confidentiality
Support knowledge management initiatives to ensure accessibility of key program and operational documentation
Assist in the development of information management training materials and user guidance documentation
Participate in working groups and governance boards related to IT data and content management
Qualification
Required
Six (6) years of professional experience in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment, Navy ERP, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Total Workforce Management Services, and HR knowledge/background
DoD IAM Level III. One of the following certifications is required: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CISSP or CISSP Associate, GSLC
Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation)
US Citizenship
