Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various recruitment platforms and databases
Support the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, sending reminders, and maintaining interview calendars
Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate, up-to-date information and ensure data confidentiality
Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and other HR-related correspondence under supervision
Conduct preliminary background checks and verify candidate credentials as required
Support the creation and distribution of job postings across job boards, social media, and company websites
Assist in organizing and managing employee orientation and onboarding activities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment during the recruitment process
Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in generating periodic reports on hiring progress
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all documentation, communications, and administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final year students may also apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s) as applicable
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information
Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in supporting HR operations
Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
