Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) or similar services from other cloud providers (GPC, Azure)
Develop backend services and integration tooling to support critical systems
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline)
Drive automation to ensure deployments are fast, reliable, and repeatable
Ensure platform reliability with monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Sentry)
Collaborate with team members across engineering to integrate and scale services
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of infrastructure issues
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, or Backend Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (ECS preferred)
Advanced Python programming skills
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK and CloudFormation, Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD automation and production systems
Strong grasp of reliability, scalability, and security best practices
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, ECS)
Exposure to data/ML infrastructure and supporting advanced workloads
