Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties
Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions
Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active NJ state bar membership
7-15 years of experience as a dedicated commercial real estate attorney
Deep understanding of transactional law
Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
