Responsibilities
Customer Support of technology, such as printers, PC's, Mac, etc
M365 and G-Suites Support
Onsite visits as needed (optional)
New computer setup / replacement
General network and IT support
Provisioning new PCs
Providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems
Management of IT system infrastructure and any processes related to those systems
Providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices
Providing problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
Configuration and management of Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software
Administering and securing network switching and routing devices
Managing and maintaining network security through the use of access controls and path management
Implementing, troubleshooting IT systems
Performing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
Optimizing system operations and resource utilization and performing system capacity analysis and planning
Configuring and managing Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software
Implementing operating systems enhancements improving reliability and performance
Providing detailed analysis and feedback to customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 1-3 years of experience
In lieu of degree, 3 years of related experience
Implementing, troubleshooting IT systems
Performing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Providing Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
Optimizing system operations and resource utilization and performing system capacity analysis and planning
Configuring and managing Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating system software
Implementing operating systems enhancements improving reliability and performance
Providing detailed analysis and feedback to customers
