Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to strategize on new business opportunities, ensuring a deep understanding of prospective client needs and industry-specific challenges
Directly engage with clients to assess their business requirements and technological pain points, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Architect and customize solutions that uniquely address the needs of each client, emphasizing scalability and future growth
Skillfully prepare and present dynamic presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and competitive edge of our solutions
Provide comprehensive technical guidance during the sales cycle, responding to inquiries, resolving complex issues, and facilitating product evaluations
Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to foster long-term business growth
Continuously gather intelligence on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and technology innovations to enhance solution positioning and sales tactics
Actively assist the sales team in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and strategic business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a similar role within the IT sector, ideally within an MSP or similar environment
Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and infrastructure technologies
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adept at discussing complex technical details with both technical and executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a results-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
CompTIA Certifications (Network+, Security+, Cloud+): These are foundational and vendor-neutral. They prove a baseline competence in essential IT domains (networking, security, cloud computing) that apply to any hardware or software solution, making them highly relevant for a multi-vendor
