Engage with customers through various online platforms to promote our vehicles and services
Utilize CRM software to track and follow up with leads to drive sales
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, competition, and industry trends
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and communication skills
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other online communication platforms
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
