Required

Minimum of a master's degree in Human Resources, or an MBA with Human Resources concentration, is required

Demonstrated commitment to professional development and student success

Knowledge of general Microsoft computer software, online publisher platforms, and student management platforms (i.e., Blackboard). Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms

Strong team player, and work collaboratively on assigned projects

Ability to make meaningful and positive connections with diverse student body in a career college environment
