The Vice President of Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for high-quality regulatory filings and will play a key role in the design, implementation, and automation of regulatory reports while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely regulatory filings for various regulators in close collaboration with colleagues across Business, Risk, Operations, and Finance
Contribute to the design, implementation and automation of the regulatory reporting processes for a foreign bank branch in the U.S
Serve as a trusted point of contact for regulators and professional associations, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining strong relationships
Proactively update senior management on developments impacting regulatory filings, including changes in regulatory capital
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness
Respond swiftly and effectively to ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
Experience with Federal Reserve bank reporting
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
7+ years of relevant experience with US regulatory/SEC reporting for financial institutions in Finance, internal or external auditing or related functions
Demonstrated accountability and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes
Positive, proactive mindset with strong analytical and independent thinking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, concise, and accurate communication skills—both written and verbal
Preferred
Familiarity with broker-dealer reporting and/or swap dealer reporting is advantageous but not mandatory
CPA certification preferred
IFRS exposure is a plus
