Inbound Business Development Representative (Bilingual Preferred)

Climate X is a purpose-driven climate adaptation data company looking to revolutionise asset management in the face of climate change. The Inbound Business Development Representative will serve as the first point of contact for leads, qualifying and nurturing them to facilitate discovery calls with Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Own a high-volume pipeline of marketing-generated leads from the US and LATAM
Rapidly qualify and nurture opportunities
Uncover prospects’ climate-related challenges and educate them on how Spectra delivers value
Progress qualified leads to discovery calls with Account Executives
Manage approximately 250 active leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression
Hand off qualified opportunities to the AE team after discovery calls and continue nurturing non-ready opportunities

Required

Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively
Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Spanish or Portuguese language skills (for LATAM engagement)
