Supportworks, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainer to join their growing team dedicated to redefining the contractor industry. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for training sales managers and representatives, creating sales tools, and helping generate revenue for contractors and the company.

You’ll train sales managers and sales reps from around the country via in-person learning (travel up to 18 quick trips per year), trainings at our headquarters, livestreams, webinars, and phone calls

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in sales and training sales teams

A passion for seeing people develop in their knowledge and skills

Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation

Ability to drive a passion in others to be the best they can be at their craft

This position is not remote, and requires reporting to our office in Papillion, NE
