Responsibilities

Administer entrance and proficiency tests for all programs, including Accuplacer and TEAS, and record results

Daily Announcement to team outlining next day testing locations, time, participants

Order and maintain TEAS tests inventory

Coordinate testing schedule with admissions and faculty and ensure backup personnel as needed

Coordinate testing room set up

Provide data entry of testing results and generate reports reflecting testing results and trends using Banner, Excel, and other software

Other duties as assigned

Required

Associate's degree required

Exceptional customer service and ability to solve problems required

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and comfort with learning new systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality, identify and report on trends, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and build and promote strong relationships with students, faculty, and associates in all departments

Ability to meet multiple demands in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

College admission testing experience helpful

Experience with Banner or other related student information systems
