Responsibilities

Influence strategic financial decisions including support for new initiatives, private pricing deal structures, and investment prioritization
Work cross functionally with internal teams to assess financial implications of new capabilities, features, and service launches
Lead deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify opportunities, risks, optimizations, and growth strategies
Develop financial models to evaluate trade-offs between different Agentic AI architectures, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches
Support controllership activities and planning cycles for Agentic AI with focus on P&L management
Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that enable data-driven decision-making across the Agentic AI organization

Required

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

Preferred

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
Process management skills
Experience performing financial and ad hoc analyses and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management
Experience in developing financial reporting/scalable processes
