Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and execution of service sales strategies for the assigned scope and the Americas region
Ensure budgeted sales and margin targets are met by developing strategic and tactical sales plans based on market potential
Lead a high-performing team, fostering professional development and building expertise in service account management
Manage the sales forecast process, ensuring accuracy and predictability
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high standards of service delivery
Play a key role in shaping customer experience and satisfaction, positioning Sidel as a trusted partner in the packaging industry
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Technical, HR, TA) to support business objectives
Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management

Required

Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, MBA or related field
Experience in account management (B2B) Sales
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong in Business Development, coaching and training and key account management
Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends
Willingness to travel within US and occasionally across the Americas region (minimum 30% of the time/ up to 60%)

Preferred

Fluent in French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an asset
