Responsibilities

Design and implement platform chassis management software for next-generation UCS products
Collaborate with hardware, SQA and other software teams
Investigate and help resolve complicated field issues
Identify and help deliver quality improvements

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in C programming
3+ years of experience in embedded Linux software development
Experience developing and debugging multi-threaded Linux applications

Preferred

Experience with chassis or baseboard management controller software (CMC, BMC) or similar
Experience with scripting languages such as Shell (Bash) or Python preferred
Experience implementing proprietary or standard management protocols such as SNMP, IPMI, Redfish a plus
Experience with embedded systems buses such as I2C, PMBus, SPI, PCIe preferred
