Responsibilities
Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and potential adoption opportunities
Evaluate current and planned systems for modernization and efficiency gains
Identify management and technical challenges that could impact long-term performance
Provide best practice recommendations across acquisition programs and projects
Prepare strategic assessments and reports for program and enterprise-level decision makers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
Experience supporting technology evaluation, scouting, or analysis within federal or IC acquisition programs
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or emerging technology trends
Ability to develop actionable recommendations and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required
