Responsibilities
Meet with the client to gain a deeper understanding of the event dynamics and offer valuable insights and suggestions
Meet weekly with the chef to ensure menu expectations are clear
Work with the in-house Operations Department to ensure proper equipment is ordered
Meet with the in-house Creative Services Manager to assist with the design of events
Hands-on position that is directly involved in all aspects of the event, including the day of
Effectively controls and manages the operations of catered events that meet and surpass the expectations of our clients, providing exceptional food integrated into stunning style & design elements
Includes safety issues, setup, service, breakdown, equipment accountability, and product inventory management
