Responsibilities
Maintain and upgrade financial system (OneStream), including data security, metadata changes and system enhancements
Manage the monthly financial close process within the financial system, including the following:
Manage adherence to monthly close deliverables and deadlines
Management and resolution of intercompany accounts, including reconciliations and eliminations. Liaison with brand and corporate accounting teams to ensure compliance with intercompany processes
Assist in developing and writing financial and operational reports, models and analyses driven by business needs
Train staff on how to use financial systems and software effectively. Provide general user support
Partner with FP&A to identify and lead a robust, systematic planning and forecasting module. This includes gathering requirements, monitoring development, testing, and rollout to the enterprise portfolio
Partner with controllership to identify and lead initiatives to streamline and automate accounting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. This includes system enhancements to streamline outlier detection and resolution
Work with accounting team to ensure all financial reporting complies with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
