Responsibilities
Support a variety of projects, including gathering customer insights, assisting with reporting and dashboards, and contributing to the development of new solutions that drive loyalty and engagement from business travelers
Collaboration with teams across the airline, including Sales, Finance, Loyalty, and Digital Sales
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Basic understanding of marketing principles, particularly business-to-business (B2B)
Customer focus: relativity and interest to test and develop new solutions to fit customer needs
Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills – ability to learn new systems quickly
Presentation skills – comfort with presenting in-person and virtually in front of large groups, including leadership
Organizational skills, particularly in working both intra- and inter-departmentally
Ability to coordinate and effectively work with diverse groups of people
Ability to review complex information and make recommendations
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
