Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team sales goals
Collaborate with General Sales Manager to assess and establish optimal staffing levels. Ensure new hires meet high standards through careful screening and selection processes
Foster a positive work environment by maintaining high morale and low turnover. Support employee development, address concerns and issues promptly, and recognize outstanding performance to encourage internal promotions and overall team satisfaction
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize profitability within sales department
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Ensure a cohesive and premium brand experience across all key customer touchpoints, including online platforms, and f&I interactions
Identify opportunities to enhance the luxury experience for clients through exclusive events, partnerships, and personalized services
Oversee client relationship management processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Ensure the dealership environment reflects the high standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere for customers
Implement and uphold strict adherence to all sales processes and protocols to maintain dealership standards and compliance
Oversee the utilization of CRM system to optimize customer relationship management and improve sales efficiency
Effectively manage new & used car inventory, turnover, days’ supply, and stocking levels for each Mercedes-Benz model to maximize profitability
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Generate reports and presentations to communicate sales performance insights to senior leadership

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury dealership management experience
Proven experience in automotive sales management - with a focus on luxury brands
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-end clientele
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive, collaborative spirit
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand
Impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions

Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
Valid United States-issued driver's license
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
