They are seeking a Sr Field Marketing Manager to translate national marketing strategies into local activation plans, driving traffic and sales through community engagement and local partnerships.

Responsibilities

Work with Director of Brand Marketing to define field marketing process and overarching field marketing strategy to achieve traffic and sales goals

Propose & manage local executions/activations to amplify national campaign efforts

Drive field marketing process with operations leaders including regional field marketing experts, area directors, GM council, and local GMs

Create and manage ROI tracking process on field marketing initiatives to understand effectiveness

Recommend, negotiate, and manage DMA-level partnerships that support local stores

Oversee local store marketing budgets and ensure proper spend management at the individual store level

Support marketing requests from field as liaison between operations and creative/digital/media teams

Work with Programming Manager to help execute local in-store programs, like entertainment tests or trivia nights

Required

4+ years of experience in a field marketing role within a retail / hospitality organization

Strong organization, planning and presentation skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills

Strong foundation of marketing and marketing fundamentals

Attention to detail – ability to flawlessly manage multiple programs

Ability to work in fast-paced environment; accountable and flexible

Strong problem-solving abilities; works well with ambiguity
