The Business Consultant manages ERP Software implementations with a focus on Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Operations processes, collaborating with clients to analyze requirements and ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and supply chain process. Analyze functional and technical requirements for ERP implementation

Work on-site with clients, guiding projects to completion within budget and on-time

Conduct testing, write documentation and support go-lives

Ensure seamless integration with existing clients’ systems and assist with data migration and system customization, as needed

Provide comprehensive training to client’s end users on ERP Modules and functionality. Offer post-implementation support to clients’ to address user queries and resolve issues that arise

Evaluate and optimize clients’ manufacturing and/or supply chain process and identify opportunities for streamlining operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Effectively communicate project status and address any concerns or challenges

Required

Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing or equivalent combination

Bachelor's degree with 3-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing or equivalent combination

Bachelor's degree with 10-20 years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing or equivalent combination

Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing or equivalent combination

Experience with ERP software implementation or upgrade project is required

MUST be ITAR compliant for work with US federal contractors

Candidates must be able to effectively create and speak to a vision of project design resulting in service delivery excellence as you will be working with customers to determine direction and solution design needed to support their business and deliver components of the project

Candidates must possess manufacturing, supply chain or distribution experience and have extensive knowledge of operational best practices

Strong understanding of business process modeling and reengineering

Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive consensus

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Experience with client engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
