ERP Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP, HR, and document management systems
Design and implement process automations using tools such as Power Automate and Zapier, and languages such as Python, PowerShell, and SQL
Develop, manage, and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure data quality and interoperability across applications
Support Citywide data governance efforts, ensuring data integrity, secure access, and consistency
Develop custom dashboards and reports using modern BI tools to support data-driven decision making
Collaborate with departments to analyze workflows and deliver enterprise solutions aligned with operational goals
Maintain system documentation and user access security according to IT best practices and policies

Required

Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum two (2) years of experience in enterprise application administration, automation, or system integration
Ability to design and support automated workflows, maintain integrations, and develop reporting solutions

Preferred

Experience with Tyler Munis, New World, or similar ERP systems
Experience with HR systems (NeoGov, PeopleSoft, or similar)
Experience with document management platforms such as Laserfiche or Docuware
BI/reporting development experience using SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or SQL-based reporting tools
Scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Python, or SQL
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
