Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

Develop and manage a robust kitting process for robot production, ensuring complete and accurate kits are delivered to the production team

Maintain accurate inventory in ERP or WMS systems; perform cycle counts and audits regularly

Organize and optimize physical layout of the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient material flow

Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to forecast material needs

Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and logistics providers

Implement and enforce safety standards, handling procedures, and warehouse best practices

Develop SOPs and training materials for warehouse staff and temporary workers

Support prototype builds and engineering requests with rapid part pulls and special kits

Track and report warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, kit delivery lead time, receiving throughput)
