Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets in the logistics sector
Identify, approach, and secure new clients while expanding business opportunities with existing accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions to enhance their supply chain operations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and competitive terms
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure the seamless execution of client requirements
Track and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing regular updates to management
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
