Join the capital markets and securities practice

Work on public and private debt and equity offerings

Advise clients on day-to-day governance matters including SEC and stock exchange compliance

Handle public company disclosure obligations and other business and transactional matters

Represent issuers and underwriters in IPOs and follow-on public offerings

Represent public companies in PIPEs, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and corporate governance matters

Required

Three to six years of experience at a large law firm

Experience with other business and transactional matters

Candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location
