Yuma AI is building a complete orchestration platform that deploys autonomous AI agents dedicated to customer support in e-commerce. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to create connections and open new business opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives to build a pipeline for growth.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and reach out to key decision-makers
Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Personalize your approach and build meaningful first conversations about AI-powered customer support
Collaborate closely with AEs to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
Become a product expert on Yuma AI’s platform and the future of customer service automation
Use tools like HubSpot (CRM), Apollo, Sales Navigator to manage your pipeline and workflow

Qualification

B2B sales experienceSaaS experienceFluent EnglishHubSpot (CRM)C1 SpanishFrenchEnergyCuriosityOrganizationSelf-driveAI tools proficiencySales metrics achievementCommunication

Required

6+ months experience in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role
Fluent English
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Energy, curiosity, and resilience: you love learning and don't give up easily
Strong organization and self-drive: you thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity
Track record of achieving sales metrics and necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment, consistently

Preferred

SaaS experience is a plus
C1 level for either Spanish or French
