The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support for Group Compliance, managing tasks such as staff onboarding, office management, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance
Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralised forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides etc
Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring
Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function wide meetings where necessary
Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT/facilities matters to resolve issues timely
Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials and meeting room booking

Required

Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage work tasks with numerous stakeholders, as well as deliver results within tight timelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Able to work from office full-time

Preferred

Relevant working experience with admin roles will be preferred
