Responsibilities
Direct end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives within the transmission and utility sectors
Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and industry standards
Oversee project P&L to ensure financial accountability and successful operational outcomes
Serve as the primary liaison between customer project leads and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent, proactive communication
Facilitate high-level discussions to map customer requirements against industry best practices and GridUnity’s innovative product solutions
Act as a subject matter expert by analyzing customer challenges and aligning scalable, efficient solutions
Integrate agile methodologies and proven project management standards to drive continuous process improvement and innovation
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely, within-budget delivery
Utilize a data-driven approach to investigate issues, determine root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that values both individual contributions and collective success
Champion initiatives to refine and optimize project management processes across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the utility or energy sector
Proven success managing major, complex projects with measurable results
Expertise in agile methodologies and a solid understanding of industry best practices
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Experience working with large transmission companies, RTOs, ISOs, and utilities
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in remote environments
