Responsibilities
Help design and select solutions to product challenges that tame complexity and balance performance, flexibility, and reliability
Contribute high-quality code across the stack and actively participate in code reviews and design reviews
Explore new technology areas, including the application of AI to solar project development
Push our engineering culture to be even more nimble, efficient, and collaborative by drawing on your range of past experience and a team mindset
Get up to speed on the problem domain of solar project development; bring ideas for product features and high-leverage infrastructure investments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications across diverse projects
Broad, full-stack experience with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Rails, Kotlin, Java, and/or Go
Strong background in architecting scalable web services and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges
Consistently demonstrated the ability to ramp up quickly and make meaningful technical and cultural contributions in previous roles
Excel at driving work forward in remote environments, effectively navigating competing priorities and communicating with clarity
