Responsibilities

Act as the main, day-to-day contact for clients in your book

Prepare Applications and other documents required for a submission

Perform Contract reviews for insurance requirements compliance

Prepare Certificates of Insurance, Invoices, and Finance Agreements

Process Endorsements, Audits

Analyze and compare current exposures to develop renewal or new business specifications for marketing

Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy

Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals

Monitor and manage the renewal marketing and bind process, in partnership with the Producer (and at times with a Client Executive)

Check binders, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy

Prepare summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients

Participate in the claims process, including claim submission, follow-up, and overall communication

Ensure financial aspects related to invoicing and premium financing are performed correctly and timely

Maintain files in accordance with company policy and professional standards outlined by the Department of Insurance

Have good verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication
