Responsibilities

Lead strategic Microsoft solution sales across Azure, AI, Modern Work, and Security
Identify, forecast, and drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle — from discovery to close
Develop and execute go-to-market plans that accelerate Microsoft cloud consumption and managed services adoption
Build and nurture strong executive relationships with customers, Microsoft field teams, and key channel partners
Serve as the subject matter expert and strategic advisor on Microsoft technologies, helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver comprehensive cloud, security, and managed service solutions
Consistently exceed sales, service, and profitability goals through proactive pipeline development and execution

Qualification

Required

7+ years of IT or technology sales experience, with proven success selling to Director and C-level executives
Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem — including Azure, Security, Modern Work, or AI
Track record of selling services and managed solutions (not just licensing)
Strong understanding of the VAR and IT channel landscape — manufacturers, distributors, and service providers
Consultative sales mindset with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience developing long-term account strategies that drive business outcomes and technology adoption
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
