They are seeking a Senior Information Security Project Manager to manage multiple work streams, lead project teams, and ensure successful project implementation by coordinating activities and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple work streams and integrated roadmaps supporting technologies initiatives related to improving information security services and security posture
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative, high performance environment, and resolving team conflicts effectively
Create, coordinate, and/or maintain project schedule to remediate activities defined by client
Actively own the plan and keep the project timeline, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables on track to ensure coordination between the activities in the plan, and the individuals and groups identified to support all aspects of effort across the enterprise
Make necessary adjustments throughout the project life cycle and communicate to the project team, sponsor, and client accordingly
Actively identify risks and impediments to implementation activities so that impacts to the project's timeline, and/or quality are mitigated and/or minimized
Escalate appropriately to the project sponsor
Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or re-prioritization of projects
Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels. Prepare and present executive-level status reports, demonstrating strategic insight into project health, risks, and budgetary status
Ensure product backlogs are maintained in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) repository
Ensure all project related artifacts and remediation evidence if applicable is stored in ADO or relevant repository
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with Agile Methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic
Prior consulting experience is strongly desired
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); experience with Azure DevOps required
Preferred
A consulting mindset with the ability to quickly assess an unfamiliar environment, identify improvement levers, and structure an actionable plan
Clear, structured communication style, both in facilitation and in deliverable development
Ability to balance structure and flexibility in fast-moving transformation environments
Positive, team-first attitude with the ability to build trust quickly across stakeholders
