Responsibilities
Supervises and/or manages the planning, development, and implementation of training programs on products and/or services
Works with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program development needs
Obtains technical data and schedules programs
Manages a group of trainers to develop and present programs to employees and customers
The incumbent is responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned staff
Participates in planning and policy development issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional experience
U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
Active Secret Clearance
5 years of experience with managing training and qualification programs
5 years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems
