Finance / Reporting Specialist
ConstructorTech is dedicated to enhancing digital education through its innovative platform, aiming to tackle issues like access inequality and low student engagement. The Finance / Reporting Specialist will prepare financial reports, analyze data for accuracy, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of periodical reports (P&L, BS, CFS), for internal use
Analyzing the data used (provided by 3rd party accountants) to ensure it’s accurate, complete, and consistent
Active participation in extending key ERP usage across all businesses and locations
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Various relevant ad hoc tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation or audit
Good command of English, both verbal and written
Strong Excel skills (sophisticated formulas, power query and such)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Prior experience in a Big 4 will be a clear advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica is a strong advantage)
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
