Enterprise Solutions Engineer - EAST
Hightouch is a modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams, seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to enhance customer experiences. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives, addressing customer challenges, and providing innovative data solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Explain technical concepts to customers
Work closely with big-name companies to solve tough problems
Partner with Account Executives to remove technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale
Advocate for customer interests to relevant internal teams
Create compelling technical content
Talk to data engineers, product managers, and marketers
Distill technical concepts to buyers
Provide customers with the right solutions for their challenges in customer data strategy and architecture
Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their problems and craft creative technical solutions
Qualification
Required
4+ years sales experience with at least 2+ years of that being into enterprise companies
Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions
Experience with the following: Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling, and API's
Preferred
Experience with Customer Data Platforms
